工作服定做時一般會讓公司同事上門量體。也有特殊情況，比如有的客戶出差了不在常在地點的，就會問怎么自己量尺寸。今天就給大家兩個方法測量尺寸。

　　測量方法一：將皮尺環繞于胸部包含手臂部分，取高點，與地面保持水平。如果這一尺寸大于或等于胸圍的7英寸（約18厘米），可選擇比原定尺寸大一號尺寸，以免肩部過小產生不舒適感。受試者兩腿分開與肩同寬，自然站立，兩肩放松。測試人員站在受試者背面，先用兩食指沿肩胛岡向外摸到肩峰外側緣中點即肩峰點，再用測徑器測量兩肩峰點間的距離讀數。測量誤差不得超過0.5厘米。

　　測量方法二：上衣：平鋪在床上，主要量胸圍，肩寬，腰圍。胸圍是量衣服兩側腋下距離乘以二。肩寬是兩側肩膀距離。腰圍是大致腰部兩側距離乘以二。下裝，平鋪，量腰圍和臀圍。腰圍，腰部兩側距離乘以二臀圍，寬的地方兩側距離乘以二。
